For twenty years, I have engaged in a broad-ranging practice of the law.  Clients have been provided with wills, trust agreements, leases, general business agreements, and custody agreements.  Clients have been represented in the sale and purchase of land.  Clients have been provided legal advice and, if necessary, have been represented in court.  I have conducted trials in town and village courts, county courts, family courts, surrogate's courts, and supreme courts in Allegany, Genesee, Livingston, Monroe, Steuben, and Wyoming counties.

I have litigated cases involving, among other things: eviction, real property boundary line disputes, zoning, will and trust issues, crimes, divorce, custody, child support, pistol permit applications, guardianship of persons and property, and partnership disputes.

I consider the provision of legal advice and counsel to be a large part of my practice.  If I'm not confident in my ability to provide effective representation, I will try to find an attorney to whom I may refer your matter.
